Stacey received her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in May 1992. After law school, she started her own firm in Oklahoma City representing clients in bankruptcy, divorce, and custody matters. Stacey moved to Dallas in 1994 and went to work for Haynes and Boone in the litigation department.
In January 1999, she was hired by her brother, Truman Coe, as the lead litigation attorney for The Law Office of Truman E. Coe, P.C. Over the years, she has gained extensive courtroom experience.
Stacey is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, and the Oklahoma State Courts. Since 1999, her practice has been focused on representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
